RETURNING ITEMS FOR REPAIR

Please package the parts(s) securely/safely and include your contact details, a brief description of what is included and any faults with the parts(s) within the box.

  • FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK INCL EU, CHANNEL ISLANDS & GIBRALTAR:
    Please use DHL where possible and DO NOT declare new replacement part values for customs purposes. We recommend using our commercial invoice template, please download here complete the areas highlighted in yellow and hand to courier or attach to outside of box in clear document wallet.

  • Please do not put the invoice inside box.


CUSTOMS INVOICE

It is important to use our commercial invoice when sending us any returns or repairs. Without this paper work there is a high chance of us incurring duty which we cannot be reclaimed and so will be charged to the client.

If in doubt please contact us before sending us items.


Further Guidance

For all second hand parts, please enter a low value of £20.00 GBP or less and mark as FAULTY GOODS FOR REPAIRNO COMMERCIAL VALUE. If asked, please add zero value for freight costs and insurance since you are paying these and not charging them to us. Please also tick ‘sender pays all taxes and duties’ on waybill.

  • Please DO NOT declare new replacement values for customs purposes for repairs

  • PLEASE NOTE The customer is responsible for all customs and duty charges. Osprey Technical Consulting may refuse receipt of the shipment if these are unpaid. Any customs charges billed to Osprey Technical Consulting will be invoiced to the customer.
