Harry brings over three decades of experience across the maritime, engineering, and elite sailing industries, including senior roles and significant operational leadership. His background spans technical programme management, stakeholder engagement, and supporting high-performance teams—qualities that have shaped his reputation as a calm, capable leader with a strong commercial mindset.
From managing complex on water operations in to guiding organisations through growth and change, Harry has consistently demonstrated an ability to blend engineering insight with empathy and clear communication. His longstanding work supporting world record holding sailing campaigns further reflects his depth of experience and commitment to excellence.
